1. What if I typed the wrong email address?Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. You can see the full list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.
3. When will my order arrive?Fast Delivery 7 - 15 Days (Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you via email after shipping.)

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. How do I change or cancel my order?We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

7. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Orders shipped to United Kingdom typically arrive within 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within this timeframe, rest assured that we are working diligently on your order. In case of any issues with your shipment, we will notify you within 5 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during special promotions or peak seasons. For deliveries to other countries, the shipping duration varies based on the distance from our warehouse to your address, with an estimated arrival time of 10-30 business days.
