1. What if I typed the wrong email address?Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

Shipping & Returns

We want every item you purchase to perfectly match your home. If an item is not suitable, we will assist you with returns.

Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We process orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@tyalez.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from the total order cost.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Before installing or using the products, please check the following upon receipt:


  • Inspect the packaging for damage;

  • Verify that the product name and model match your order;

  • Remove the packaging and inspect the items.

If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged during shipping, do not accept delivery. Inform the delivery representative and contact us so we can arrange a replacement. Once the product has been installed or used, it cannot be returned.

Return Policy

Production defects, missing items, or shipping damage:


  • If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly, and we will reship a replacement.

  • If your order is missing items, please contact us immediately. Once confirmed, we will send the missing items as soon as possible.

  • If your package was damaged during shipping, please provide clear photos. After our team reviews and approves, we will reship the items or issue a full refund. Please ensure photos are clear and not blurry or obstructed to help us process your request efficiently. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:


  • If the return is due to the consumer’s personal reasons, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the shipping company selected.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged product, wrong item, missing items), the consumer does not need to pay return shipping.

  • We accept returns but do not provide free returns for no reason. If the product has quality issues, was sent incorrectly, or missing items, we will provide a refund or replacement.

The following reasons are not eligible for return:


  • Wrong size (our product pages clearly indicate dimensions; please check or contact customer service before purchase);

  • Color does not match your furniture (due to photography limitations, slight color differences may occur; please purchase carefully if this matters);

  • Purchased more than needed;

  • No longer needed after delivery;

  • Personal preference/dislike;

  • Incorrect delivery address or postal code provided by the customer, causing delivery failure;

  • Other reasons not caused by the seller.

Once we approve your return and the returned package arrives at our designated warehouse, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All returns must be requested and approved within 30 days of receiving your package.
Refunds will also deduct the original shipping cost of your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange services. If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and confirm the details of your exchange.

After we approve your exchange, please return the product in its original condition, ensuring it is suitable for resale.

Once the returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and verification is complete, we will reship your replacement items within 2 business days.
