Shipping Policy

We partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: UPS, FedEx, USPS and EMS etc. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

Return Policy

To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you have any questions, please email us at support@tyalez.com.

Q: Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
A: Bulbs are not included unless noted.

Q: What does the specification under the compatible bulbs, such as E27, E26, E14, etc mean?
A: The specification such as E27, E26 means the diameter of the bulb base in millimeters. For example E27 means the diameter is 27mm.

Q：What is color temperature of LED?
A: Kelvin range: Warm Light (3000K), Neutral Light (4000K), Cool Light (6000K)

Q：Are there installation Instructions?
A: Some of products have specific installation video. If you don’t know how to install the lights, you can contact our customer service (support@tyalez.com) or find installation Instructions online yourself.

Q：Are there variations among products?

A: While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color’s reproduction is as accurate as photographic processes or a printed material allow. Please, note there may be color variations depending on the calibration and screen’s setting. As every of our product is hand-crafted, the possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes may exist from one piece to another. The latter does in no way affect the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetic or function of the piece.

1. A general explanation of the product features for all lighting fixtures. It doesn't mean the product on the current page is dimmable or three colors changeable.

Please check the Description section to find whether the current product is dimmable or not.

• Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
• Three-color changed by switch version: controlled by the switch in your house, you can adjust the color temperature of the light, there is no memory function, the next time you turn on the light will return to the initial setting. It can't be set to only one light source.

2. Color temperature, measured in Kelvin (K), refers to the color of light emitted by a light source. It helps in determining warmth or coolness of the light, affecting the ambiance and mood of a space. Here’s a simplified explanation:

• Warm White (3000-3500K): Lights in this range give off a warm, cozy, and welcoming glow. They are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas, as they create a relaxing and comfortable environment.
• Neutral Light (4500-5000K): Neutral light is bright and clear, mimicking natural daylight. It's versatile and works well in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and retail spaces, promoting focus and visibility.
• Cool White (6000-6500K): This temperature emits a crisp and invigorating light, enhancing concentration and energy. It's ideal for task-oriented areas such as workshops, garages, and display areas.

Each color temperature serves a different purpose and can significantly affect the functionality and aesthetics of a space. Choose a color temperature that aligns with the activities and atmosphere you want to create in each room.
